Fulfillment Process
Our fulfillment process has two parts: first production, then shipping. Because every order is illustrated by hand, our production process is a little more involved than other companies. But don’t worry, it’s worth it!
Production
Within 24 hours of receiving an order, the digital art team gets to work creating your personalized pet portrait. Within 2 - 4 days, the art file is double-checked for quality and accuracy, then a digital proof is emailed to you for revisions and approval.
Once we get the go-ahead, the order is added to the printing queue, where it will be printed to your specifications on the product of your choice. It’s quality-checked again right before it’s packed up and shipped!
Overall, this process typically takes about 1 - 2 weeks from start to finish. During promotions and peak seasons, this may be longer. You can always check the status of your order on the ‘Track My Order’ page or by contacting us at support@barleyandbelle.com
Shipping
Barley & Belle is proud to offer flat-rate worldwide shipping. All of our pet portraits are printed in the U.S. and ships from our domestic warehouse.
Each order is guaranteed a tracking number. You’ll receive an email from us with all the shipping details as soon as we send your order off!
We currently offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+ USD. For orders under $100, below are our shipping rates (all prices in USD):
United States: $9.99 USD
Canada, UK, Europe & Australia: $9.99 USD
The rest of the world: $19.99 USD

United States: 3 - 5 business days
Canada, Australia, UK: 5 - 8 business days
Europe: 5 - 10 business days
All other countries: 10 - 21 business days
