Order Cancellations

If you change your mind about your Barley & Belle product, make sure to contact us at support@barleyandbelle.com within 12 hours of placing your order so our team doesn’t start on it. After the 12-hour period has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, since an artist may have already started working on it. Based on your order status, we will be able to tell you your options on a case-by-case basis.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Since every Barley & Belle order is entirely unique and individually hand-illustrated, we are not able to accept returns or refunds once it has been produced. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Reach out to Barley & Belle at support@barleyandbelle.com within 48 hours upon receiving your order and we’ll get the process started for you.

Keep in mind that the photo you upload serves as the basis for our digital artists to work their magic. We recommend using our photo guide to make sure the photo we receive is the best possible quality - this will ensure the best possible results! We are able to make small edits based on your revision requests, but the best prints always come from the best photos.

We offer unlimited revisions free of charge, but if you’re not quite happy with the results, we want to know about it. We'll always work to make it right. After all, it’s our mission to celebrate your pets just as much as it’s your mission to love them!
